Gas tightness (no gas leak on Installation pipe work or appliances). Correct installation (appliance is installed to comply with the current CORGI regulation/manufacture Instruction.
Appliance safety. (Appliance can be operated without causing any danger to the occupants or passer by.

During the course of our work, the appliance will be serviced/cleaned/pressurized where necessary and any defects logged and reported to the owner/responsible person
All appliances to be serviced must be in working order.
